TERMS
By accessing ovparis.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in ovparis.com are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
To provide you with the highest level of customer service possible, we refund or exchange ONLY items NOT Made to Order, such as ready-to-wear and accessories if there had been no modification made on the original item by you or us.
But we do provide alterations for Made to order items.

ALTERATIONS
For ready-to-wear items, we don’t provide alterations.
For the Standard version of Made to order items, we'll have to charge for any alteration.
If necessary alterations are included in the price of the Couture version, any post production customization will be quoted.
For Haute Couture items, several fittings will be necessary to make the apparel fit perfectly your body. Besides, we offer alterations to Haute Couture's customers during the year following the purchase.

RETURNS
Please note that all returns are for same item exchange only. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible (cf "REFUNDS and EXCHANGES" section) items to OV Paris (send us an email at contact@ovparis.com to get the address) in their original condition within 15 days from shipment arrival in exchange for a different size.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. It must be returned in the original packaging, with any original labels intact as sold, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
If these conditions are fulfilled you will be able to choose the same item and change the color and/or the size.
We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.

We ship WORLDWIDE !
Be aware that our clothes are made in Los Angeles, California (USA).
We will keep you updated by sending out email alerts when your order leaves our studio.

OV Paris may provide you with links and references to other sites, but we are not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content.
